Admiral Gas Dryer Valve Coils

Gas dryers work by burning gas and circulating the hot air around your tumbling clothes. The gas valve coil is a part of the solenoid valve. Electricity passed through the coils causes the gas valve to open and close so that gas can flow through to the dryer’s gas burner. When the valve coils fail, the valve will not open up, and the dryer will not heat properly. Your dryer will not dry your clothes. Let’s get on to the repair of our Gas Dryer Valve Coils.

Whirlpool Washer Motor Control Repair

Whirlpool front load washing machine with a bad motor control board. The motor control board is responsible for running the motor in accordance with the wash cycle settings. If this piece of electronics doesn’t work then the motor will not spin and your clothes will not dry.

This is a front load washing machine with many cycles and selections to choose from on the front control panel. The front control panel is not the only piece of electronics in this washing machine. To get to the motor control board the front of the washing machine must be completely removed so that we have access to the controller.  We can then determine a part number and a part can be ordered. » Read more

The following Dacor Oven needed the oven glass replaced on the inside of the oven door. Well talk a little bit about how we repaired it and how an oven door’s glass can break in the first place.

First we’ll start by removing the oven door from the oven itself. Next, we lay down a protective blanket on a nearby countertop and proceed to disassemble the oven door.

Once the oven door is disassembled and we have access to the glass, we can remove the glass and replace it with a brand new piece of oven door glass. » Read more
